UniDay is a standalone signature event where we provide business owners with the tools to create a solid 1-3-year plan for execution. After UniDay, you'll be ready to meet with your key team and put your plans into action. If you ever need additional support, don't hesitate to reach out, but we want to emphasize that there's no upselling involved with UniDay.

Unfortunately, the answer is no. Claiming otherwise would be dishonest. The outcomes post-UniDay largely depend on your dedication and the effort you invest in your business.

Historically, two-thirds of past participants have reported significant changes in their business approach within 9 months, with one-third experiencing these changes within 3-6 months. These significant changes include:

While it's ideal to attend UniDay with an existing business, we understand that some participants may be in the early stages of starting a business. Nonetheless, the knowledge acquired will serve as a strong foundation for your future business endeavors.

UniDay is not your typical seminar, course, or talk—it goes beyond the 'what' and delves deep into the 'why' and 'how' of business. Unlike events focused solely on knowledge acquisition, UniDay is a hands-on workshop and 'bootcamp.'

We concentrate on understanding the 'why' behind your business actions, fostering confidence in your purpose, eliminating the need for constant motivation. Moreover, we provide you with the 'how,' enabling you to execute strategies crafted during the MOTD UniDay.

Given that grasping the 'why' and 'how' can be more substantial, we allocate four days for you to fully absorb and implement the content, ensuring you achieve maximum results.

While Faz will deliver the primary content, he occasionally invites guest speakers to enhance the understanding of specific topics. These experts, often industry leaders, provide valuable insights and direct advice to enrich participants' learning experience.

Participants will get a UniDay workbook to work on activities, understand the content, take notes, and jot down their thoughts. We'll also provide reading materials, templates, and worksheets as needed.

The fees cover the following:

- Admission to the UniDay Retreat from 9 am to 6 pm for four days.

- Comprehensive materials and workbooks.

- A welcome pack.

- Two tea-time refreshments daily at the venue.

- One lunch per day at the venue.

Please note that the following items are not included in the fees:

- Dinners

- Personal accommodation

- Personal medication and toiletries

- Stationeries and writing materials

- Transportation to and from the venue

- Visa and passport costs, if applicable

- Personal travel insurances

We choose to host UniDay in Medini, Johor, to maintain cost-effectiveness and pass these savings on to our attendees, ensuring that the fees remain affordable for this intensive 4-day event. Those who opt for on-site accommodation can enjoy a high-quality 4.5-star hotel experience at an exceptionally reasonable rate. This choice aligns with prudent financial decisions for business owners.

Furthermore, by conducting UniDay away from Singapore's familiar surroundings, we encourage a sense of exploration outside our comfort zones, offering a distraction-free environment that allows attendees to fully immerse themselves in the UniDay experience, free from work, friends, and family-related distractions.

Certainly. As organizers, we have access to special accommodation rates at the venue, and we'd be happy to extend these to you. If you're interested, please inform us, and we'll send you an online sign-up form, including the rates, along with a convenient credit card checkout option.

Options for dinner include dining at the restaurant within the venue, at your own expense. If you're staying at the venue, you can also opt for room service. Additionally, you have the convenience of using Grab and FoodPanda apps for food delivery. If you prefer dining out, there are several excellent restaurants in close proximity.

You have the option to cancel your registration for the UniDay Retreat at any time. If you cancel more than 30 days before the event date, you will receive a refund of 50% of the amounts paid, subject to an administrative fee of $128/-. Cancellations made within 30 days of the event date will not be eligible for any refund, and you will be liable for 100% of the amounts owed to Monsters of the Deep.

We're pleased to provide you with two options to choose from:

1. We can provide you with contact information for private transportation, allowing you to make your arrangements.

2. Alternatively, if you prefer group transportation with fixed timings and pickup/drop-off locations, you can express your interest, and we'll assist you in coordinating with fellow attendees for booking.

However, if you can attend for at least 3 days, we encourage you to sign up. We will arrange a brief online group session with Faz to cover the portions you may have missed.

We welcome your team and family members aged 18 and above, especially if they are involved in your business. Please feel free to sign them up and secure seats for them (fees apply).

Regrettably, we cannot accommodate individuals below the age of 18, young children, individuals with mental disabilities, or elderly persons for whom you are acting as a caregiver or guardian.
